Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Macon, GA is seeking a part-time Cashier to efficiently process customer purchases at the POS, greet customers, and provide friendly service while maintaining product knowledge and a positive shopping experience.

You will assist customers in making buying decisions, promote programs like CLUB Membership, and keep shelves stocked when not ringing up sales. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior POS experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Check out customer merchandise at the POS registers.
• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of advertised sales.
• Stock and straighten shelves and pegs when not ringing up sales.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by assisting buying decisions.
