Job summary

Rocky is seeking a cashier to provide amazing customer service in our store in New Jersey. You will ring up sales, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized register area. You will engage with customers to determine needs and project requirements and support store operations.

You will participate in promotions, manage cash responsibly, issue receipts and refunds, and help drive store performance through friendly service and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide amazing customer service and assist customers to determine needs and project requirements
• Ring on registers accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash at registers
• Assist in merchandise placement, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Greet customers as they enter and respond to phone inquiries
• Promote Ace Rewards and encourage customers to open accounts
• Support management to achieve sales and productivity goals
• Attend mandatory store meetings and participate in promotions and advertisements
