Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process checkout, exchange and return transactions efficiently using POS equipment.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with product inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to assist customers and provide recommendations.
• Answer customer calls regarding order status, product availability, promotions and events.
• Monitor store entrance/exit for safety and loss prevention; request proof of payment as needed.
• Provide product merchandising support and maintain neat, labeled shelves.
• Perform daily housekeeping to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Support team with additional tasks as needed, depending on location.
• Work safely and use PPE as required, complying with policies.
