Duchess is hiring Cashier - Duchess Team Member FT/PT 2nd & 3rd shift. Join our team and help deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You’ll handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure the store stays clean and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• The applicant is customer-focused and enjoys helping people.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Prior retail or food-service experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with technology and modern tools is important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
