Job summary

Duchess is seeking a Team Member for the 2nd shift to serve customers and handle transactions with a friendly, can-do attitude. You will help customers find items, process payments, and maintain a clean store environment while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has a customer-focused mindset, basic math and cash-handling skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
