Job summary

CNRG’s, Inc. is seeking a punctual Cashier Associate known for excellent customer service in a retail setting. You will greet customers as they enter and exit, process transactions accurately, and support daily operations and stock maintenance.

The role emphasizes friendliness and efficiency at the register and in person. The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and associates.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work in a team and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and promptly (cash, credit, checks).
• Greet customers entering and exiting the store; assist with inquiries and directs customers to items.
• Verify quantities, descriptions and prices; handle returns/exchanges and sales.
• Answer phone calls promptly and maintain daily cash handling and deposits.
