Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, checks, credit).
• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store to create a friendly impression.
• Verify prices and descriptions during checkout.
• Handle returns and exchanges and assist with credit applications.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cash drawer and prepare deposits for the next day.
• Direct customers to products and coordinate with team for assistance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking as needed.
