Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions in a friendly and accurate manner.
• Greet customers and assist with product locating and questions.
• Verify merchandise quantities and prices for transactions.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales of merchandise.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Receive payments on accounts and assist in credit applications.
• Prepare deposits and organize the cash drawer for next day.
