Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals in Mansfield to join our team as Cashier - Duchess Team Member FT/PT. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized.

You’ll work with modern POS systems, stock shelves, follow safety rules, and promote our Crown Card Rewards. We offer flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty benefits.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
