Duchess is hiring a Groveport Cashier to join our team as a full-time or part-time Team Member across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

As a Duchess Team Member, you will greet customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean store while following safety and compliance rules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store - inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.

• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
