Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller for Community Bank, N.A. in Malone, NY. You will process routine deposits, withdrawals, and payments, maintaining cash accuracy and providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to digital tools, coordinating with branch partners, and upholding security and compliance standards while delivering a positive banking experience. Travel for initial training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to attend internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel for initial training as needed; company covers travel expenses.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and funds.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Engage customers to identify banking solutions and refer to specialists when needed.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to the right team member.
• Maintain security, balance cash drawer, and adhere to compliance standards.
