Job summary

• Recommending Bank products and services using the Teller Pod to conduct day-to-day transactions.
• Greeting and welcoming customers into the branch.
• Establishing relationships by asking questions and recommending solutions to improve financial well-being.
• Fostering teamwork across all areas of the Bank.
• Engaging customers and delivering an exceptional experience at all touch points and zones within the branch.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding Fidelity Bank’s core values.
