Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker for a part-time role at our branch in the United States. You will serve clients with warmth, help them open accounts, and guide them through daily transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

The position emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance. You will work with branch teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences, build relationships, and support branch operations, including cash handling and cash vault

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and teammates.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and ATM procedures in line with policies.
