Job summary

Leoforce is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to work with the founding team and major customers. You will understand complex problems, craft technical solutions, and rapidly improve the product at the intersection of software, product, and customer.

You will write production code, ship improvements, and lead deployments with key customers, while building scalable internal tooling and serving as the technical bridge to Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on coding with modern web tech and APIs.
• Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly.
• Ability to operate in a lean startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to uncover technical and product pain points.
• Translate problems into concrete technical solutions.
• Write production code and ship improvements quickly.
• Lead deployments of new products with key customers.
• Build tooling to scale solutions across the customer base.
• Bridge customers with Product/Engineering teams.
• Turn field learnings into product initiatives.
• Deliver a premium technical experience with high engineering standards.
