Storage Star Management is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager to be the face of our company, overseeing daily operations, security, and customer service. You will manage unit rentals, process payments, and ensure facility upkeep while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of Storage Star, assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained.
• Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep our facility in top shape.
• Conduct daily lock checks to ensure security and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.
• Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.
