Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and delivering world‑class customer‑facing products in Product Management.
• Proven track record shipping front‑end / customer‑facing flows that move conversion, completion, engagement and retention.
• Deep partnership with UX design and research; treat design as co‑owner and focus on interaction details, copy and sentiment.
• Strong funnel analysis, experimentation, analytics, A/B testing, and data‑driven hypothesis validation.
• Obsess over customer feedback and sentiment to drive prioritization.
• Experience in financial risk, fraud, and payments flow management.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve customer interactions.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer resolution experience end to end, including holds, reviews, verifications, document requests, and correspondence.
• Develop deep empathy from customer feedback, session replays, sentiment data and support insights; translate learnings into intuitive, human interactions.
• Design high‑converting, reassuring flows in collaboration with UX design and research.
• Live in the funnel, analyze drop‑offs, diagnose causes, and implement fixes.
• Run A/B tests and rapid iterations to improve completion rates and time‑to‑resolution.
• Make resolution instant and AI‑native with self‑serve flows and graceful handoffs to human support when needed.
• Define and own success metrics: completion rate, time‑to‑resolution, funnel conversion, and customer effort scores.
• Align with cross‑functional teams and communicate timelines effectively.
