Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a hands-on Network Solutions Engineer to design, architect, and implement bespoke network solutions for customers across Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. You’ll work directly with clients, translating requirements into scalable designs and practical deployments.

Experience with Routing & Switching and Firewalls is essential, with Extreme Networks a plus and Juniper, HPE/Aruba or Cisco also relevant. Up to 50% travel and ESOP. Training covered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on network engineering across routing, switching and firewall design.
• Experience translating customer requirements into scalable network solutions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and lead deployments.
