Moonfire's Stacksync team is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer + Product engineer to design and deliver real-time CRM/databases integrations. You will work directly with customers, solve complex problems, and contribute to core platform development including AI workflows.

You will own end-to-end customer implementations, build compelling demos, ship production systems, and create reusable connectors. Travel across the US is required, with SF office visits as needed.

Qualificações

• Strong production software experience for external customers.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, SQL, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer implementations end to end from discovery to deployment.
• Build demos that translate customer workflows into working demonstrations.
• Ship production integrations, workflows, and AI agents handling real data and edge cases.
• Build reusable connectors and improve developer and user experiences.
• Visit customer sites to collaborate with operators and executives and feed learnings back to engineering.
