TrustLayer is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to directly work with our largest customers. You will connect the TrustLayer platform to ERP, procurement, and property management systems, migrate years of data, and build custom workflows their compliance programs require.

You’ll write production code, create reusable integrations, and bring field learnings back to the core team as product feedback and fixes. Expect hands-on engineering with travel to customer sites as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong skills in at least one backend language such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience building REST API integrations, webhooks and data pipelines.
• Fluent SQL and experience working with relational databases and messy real-world data.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical trade-offs.

Mansioni

• Lead the technical side of enterprise onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and maintain integrations between TrustLayer and customer systems via APIs, webhooks, SFTP and connectors.
• Plan and run data migrations and transform vendor, contract and certificate data.
• Write scripts, custom reports and workflow automations for customer needs.
• Troubleshoot escalations with CS and Support to root causes in code, data or config.
