• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance from engineering leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource in customer conversations including on-site visits and feasibility discussions.
• Work with customers on initial system design concepts, site integration requirements, and project scoping, translating needs into actionable specs.
• Support proposal development with SLDs, layouts, technical specs, and pricing inputs.
• Develop deep expertise in Redwood’s energy storage products and serve as the go-to technical resource for the commercial team.
• Collaborate with engineering to surface feedback and inform the development roadmap.
• Enable the sales team to operate independently on technical matters.
