Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years designing, configuring, implementing, or supporting enterprise tech environments.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, JNCIP in networking, data center, servers, storage, virtualization, or related tech preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and build credibility with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to define customer requirements, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into executable designs and serve as the primary technical contact during deployment.
• Communicate design decisions, risks, and trade-offs and drive resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain solution designs, configuration specifications, MOPs, workbooks, rack designs, and related docs.
• Review implementation approach with the customer and secure technical approvals.
• Provide field-implementation direction, review build records, and approve configurations before release.
• Lead onsite technical execution, monitor progress, and escalate risks and changes as needed.
• Provide technical input for changes or follow-on work within existing accounts.
