Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier in California to greet customers and process purchases with speed and accuracy. You will handle cash and card transactions, assist shoppers with product locations, and stay current on weekly ads while delivering prompt service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs., and push carts up to 35 lbs. for up to 50 hours.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change; assist customers with information and resolving complaints.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition and assist with stocking shelves and facing as needed.
• Assist customers by directing product locations and staying informed about weekly ad items and store events.
