Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Cashier to be the face of the store, handling transactions accurately and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, assisting customers, stocking and maintaining checkout areas, and staying knowledgeable about weekly deals. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude.
• Ability to operate front end equipment and handle cash accurately.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail oriented with good math and cash handling ability.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle carts up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and with friendly service.
• Handle cash, card transactions and provide change as needed.
• Assist customers by locating products and information.
• Stock shelves, face products and maintain checkout area cleanliness.
• Follow front-end procedures and communicate with front-end leadership.
