Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and give change accurately.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Stock shelves, face products, and keep checkout areas clean and orderly.
• Communicate with front end management and team to ensure smooth operations.
