Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier to welcome customers and process transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle cash, card payments, and provide helpful information to shoppers.

You will also assist with stocking, facing shelves, and keeping the front end area neat while delivering a positive, memorable customer experience. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a growing retailer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused.
• Ability to operate register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining complete customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and provide correct change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Maintain checkout area in clean and orderly condition; stock shelves as needed.
• Communicate effectively with front end manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
