• Perform banking transactions including managing branch cash, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies and controls to safeguard assets.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Fulfilling clients’ needs while delivering an exceptional client experience; measured by metrics.
• Assess risk on business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
