Job summary

Cadillac of Las Vegas is hiring a Service Porter to support the service department by greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, and keeping the service area clean and efficient.

The role involves guiding customers, recording vehicle details, and helping maintain smooth drive operations. Must be able to work outdoors, pass pre-employment checks, and have a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background check (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Record customer name, VIN, mileage, and any vehicle damage for service appointments.
• Move and park vehicles to maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Drive vehicles to the service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Keep the lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct guests to the right personnel.
• Retrieve vehicles at cashier for pickup and assist with delivery and thanks.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents promptly.
