Job summary

Cadillac of Las Vegas is seeking a Service Porter to support the service department by greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, and ensuring the dealership’s service area is clean, organized, and efficient. This role helps create a positive customer experience while maintaining smooth service drive operations.

The Service Porter will assist with walk-around checks, recordkeeping, vehicle movement, and basic cleanliness tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background check (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Record customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and note any vehicle damage during walk-around.
• Move and park vehicles to maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, stalls, and parking lot.
• Keep the lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct guests to the right personnel.
• Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and deliver vehicles.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, mats, and ID tags in vehicles.
• Assist the service department with replenishing fluids or minor maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents immediately.
