• Serve as a trusted technical advisor by presenting product capabilities and proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Investigate technical challenges, analyze root causes, and drive effective solutions.
• Support customer visits, technical reviews, product demonstrations, and discussions both virtually and onsite.
• Continuously learn new products and industry trends while identifying opportunities for growth.
