Job summary

AiStrike is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement and run AI-powered cyber defense solutions at customer environments. You will write connectors, data pipelines and custom agents, taking proofs of concept into production.

You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering and Customer Experience to ensure seamless integrations and scalable deployments across SaaS and on-premises cloud environments. This role is customer-facing and hands-on.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering or security engineering, with production-grade code.
• Strong Python and REST API experience, including authentication, pagination and retries.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompting, tool use, and validation of outputs.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus containers and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with security telemetry systems (SIEM/EDR) and SOAR integrations.
• Proficient at SQL queries and SIEM query languages (KQL, SPL).
• Able to translate customer requirements into working solutions and communicate trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customer data end to end by connecting SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud and email sources.
• Build connectors, APIs, scripts and webhooks for customer use cases and troubleshoot integrations.
• Create custom agents and automations from ingestion to reports and containment actions.
• Integrate AiStrike with customer SOAR, ticketing, and security controls.
• Configure environment context like privileged accounts and critical assets.
• Own PoC-to-production pipelines across SaaS and single-tenant deployments.
• Turn one-off builds into reusable connectors and feed product roadmap with field feedback.
