Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with a client’s security and engineering teams to secure AI systems in real, complex environments. You will own outcomes—reducing attack surface, ensuring production-safe AI deployments, and improving security posture using AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, offensive security/GRC).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production—non-negotiable.
• Minimum 3 years with cloud security fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP): IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) (6 years for Associate's degree).

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools to build AI-powered detection systems and governance automation.
• Support AI-specific threat surface management across programmes (LLMs, multi-agent pipelines, RAG).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (identity, data pipelines, model serving).
• Assist with AI governance framework implementations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators across client engagements.
• Contribute to architecture sessions, threat modeling workshops with client teams.
