Job summary
NTT DATA North America seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer — AI Products to deploy and operationalize AI platforms within customer environments. You will configure extraction schemas, author business rules, and deploy containerized services using Kubernetes and Helm charts, while engaging with customers to translate needs into effective AI-powered workflows.
The role requires strong Python, Kubernetes, and cloud experience, plus DevOps discipline and domain knowledge in insurance or manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and integration.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and outcomes.
- Lead discovery and solution planning to translate processes into AI-powered workflows.
- Manage end-to-end implementation: discovery, design, configuration, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
- Configure platform extractions, rules, and workflows; build custom agents as needed.
- Deploy platform services with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines; ensure observability.
