Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, solution engineering, or related roles.
• 2+ years deploying or supporting enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud apps in manufacturing contexts.
• Direct customer engagement in consulting/implementation roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, containers, and deployment automation.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product implementations in customer environments.
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and integrations.
• Configure workflows, rules, and AI-enabled processes for adoption and scale.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment with standards.
