Job summary

Wispr Flow is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to partner with customer teams and ship production-grade deployments. You will identify blockers, design solutions, and own them through launch and adoption, working across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments.

You’ll communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and turn recurring needs into scalable playbooks and integrations. Prior experience in voice, ML, or specific customer tech stacks is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software with customers.
• Ability to work across the stack and diagnose unexpected behavior.
• Strong communication with technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments from discovery through implementation, launch, and adoption.
• Build and debug across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments.
• Earn trust by communicating clearly and solving problems in real time.
• Push back thoughtfully when a request will not produce the right outcome.
• Turn recurring needs into product improvements, reusable integrations, and stronger playbooks.
