Job summary

Wispr, an AI research and product company building voice interfaces for computing, is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to partner with customer teams and ship production-grade deployments. You’ll identify blockers, design solutions, and own them through launch and adoption.

You’ll work across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments, earning trust with clear communication and real-time problem solving. Prior experience in voice or ML stacks is not required.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software directly with customers.
• Ability to work across the stack and dive deep when systems behave unexpectedly.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
• Calm under pressure when requirements are incomplete or timelines are tight.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments from discovery through implementation, launch, and adoption.
• Build and debug across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments.
• Earn trust by communicating clearly and solving problems in real time.
• Push back thoughtfully when a request will not produce the right outcome.
• Turn recurring needs into product improvements, reusable integrations, and stronger playbooks.
