Oerlikon Group in Huntersville, NC is seeking an Application Engineer to engage with customers to develop metal additive manufacturing solutions and prepare technical responses and proposals.

You will own technical opportunities, collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, Engineering and Operations to deliver profitable growth across aerospace, defense, semiconductors, and other advanced markets. Travel ~10% required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in metal additive manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 facilities.
• Ability to travel ~10% for customer meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with key customers to evaluate metal components for AM and develop optimized solutions.
• Lead technical engagement to prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases.
• Coordinate with Commercial Team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Support quotations, contracts, and customer agreements with stakeholders.
• Ensure program profitability by aligning pricing, scope, and terms.
