Job summary

OSG seeks a hands-on, detail-driven entry-level professional to coordinate order intake, insert materials, and track production from start to finish. You’ll learn OSG’s workflows alongside operations teams and client-facing colleagues, with guidance from a lead, ensuring accurate, timely updates and quality checks.

You’ll participate in daily stand-ups, support job verification and QA validation, and contribute to continual process improvements in a fast-paced Direct Mail environment.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and own assigned tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Able to relay production status and needs to internal teams and client-facing partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage order intake from email and other channels with accuracy and documentation.
• Coordinate insert materials with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor availability and compliance of inserts to prevent shortfalls.
• Perform test orders with setup, validation and results documentation.
• Review own work for quality and flag discrepancies for corrective action.
• Support production coordination through daily stand-ups and coordination with Operations.
• Assist with client file conversion and merging for Direct Mail.
