Responsibilities

Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude; assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management; follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures; assist with vehicle preparation; operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; communicate with team members and management regarding operational issues.
Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy; empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
Maintain vacuum stations and perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup and weed removal to ensure a clean and safe environment.
General duties: Maintain professional conduct, perform opening and closing duties, clean and maintain the tunnel, and prepare towels and materials to support daily operations.
