Job summary

BMW Group North America is seeking a Customer Experience Visual Design Intern in Woodcliff Lake, NJ for the Spring Rotation (Jan 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027). You will transform complex concepts into engaging visual stories, supporting visuals across presentations, journey maps, and infographics while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role offers a hybrid work environment, opportunities to work with dealer experiences, and a focus on design systems and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior.
• Field of study: Business, Finance.
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
• Ability to work part-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate feedback into design deliverables.

As a Customer Experience Design Intern, you will work at the intersection of business, strategy, and design, helping transform complex concepts into engaging visual stories and customer experience solutions. You will support the creation of presentations, journey maps, process flows, infographics, and other visual assets while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer and dealer experiences and communicate strategic initiatives effectively.

This is a full time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
