NU3S - Car Wash | Cafe | Auto Care is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CSR / Valet) to greet guests, assist with services, and drive vehicles through wash bays and service areas. This full-time role emphasizes a friendly, professional attitude and proactive service.

You will promote memberships, handle payments, coordinate with café and auto care teams, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are required.

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who take initiative and love working with people. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of NU3S, creating great first impressions while supporting our car wash, auto care center, and market café operations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Comfortable driving customer vehicles

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, valet, or automotive experience is a plus

Important

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
