Job summary

NU3S in New York is looking for a Customer Experience Representative (CSR / Valet Associate) to be the face of the brand, greet guests, process payments, and help drive our car wash, auto care center, and market café operations.

The full‑time role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with growth opportunities from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Comfortable driving customer vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a team.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, valet, or automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Process orders, payments, and answer questions about our services
• Safely drive customer vehicles through the car wash bay and service areas
• Manage vehicle flow andvalet operations
• Promote memberships, rewards programs, and services
• Coordinate with car wash, café, and auto care teams
• Help wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
