The Customer Experience track blends finance and customer service training, with internships at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh and placement support through YUPRO Placement.

You gain product and service knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and professional communication skills, plus resume-building and ongoing guidance

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor?s degree
