Participants receive an educational stipend and access to placement support through YUPRO Placement, with internships such as at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

The Customer Experience pathway blends technical and professional training in banking, customer success, or insurance operations & claims, coupled with coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday throughout the duration of the program.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer experience skills through training and mentorship.
• Gain product and service knowledge for banking, customer success, or insurance operations & claims.
• Participation in internships and job placement support with YUPRO Placement.
