Job summary

Kinetic Automation is recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist to guide customers through vehicle intake and insurance workflows at the Kinetic Vision Center in Tempe. You will document damage, capture repair information, and facilitate electronic authorizations to support estimating and planning.

The role combines top-tier customer service with knowledge of collision repair, insurance claims, and ADAS calibration, requiring strong communication and CRM proficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proven experience in customer success, software implementation, or related roles in automotive repair/ADAS.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a strong first impression for service excellence.
• Schedule appointments and communicate throughout the repair journey.
• Verify insurance details, claim numbers, and facts of loss.
• Educate customers on the Kinetic Vision process and set expectations.
• Assist with electronic authorizations and documentation.
• Answer questions on repairs, claims, diagnostics, and ADAS calibration.
