Qualifications

• 3 years of proven customer service experience, including proficient typing and data entry skills.
• Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions.
• A strong aptitude for quickly learning and seamlessly navigating new technology, systems, and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
• A genuine passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform varied daily activities across multiple service functions, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments with precision and care.
• Conduct necessary computations accurately to support service operations.
• Engage in critical functions such as client support, client services, and client administration.
• Manage enrollment and eligibility processes, ensuring seamless consumer onboarding.
• Process claims efficiently and accurately, resolving issues as they arise.
• Investigate and settle customer service issues and claims, applying sound judgment and policy interpretation.
• Work autonomously within defined parameters, demonstrating latitude over prioritization and timing of tasks.
• Contribute to an environment focused on continuously improving consumer experiences through every interaction.
