Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform varied daily activities across multiple service functions to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks with precision.
• Conduct necessary computations to support service operations.
• Engage in client support, client services, and client administration.
• Manage enrollment and eligibility processes for seamless consumer onboarding.
• Process claims accurately and resolve issues as they arise.
• Investigate and settle customer service issues and claims with sound judgment and policy interpretation.
• Work autonomously within defined parameters and prioritize tasks effectively.
