This on-site, full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with a starting salary of $42,000+ DOE and bi-weekly pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 6% 401k match, HSA/FSA, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across customer cases.
• On-site in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone and email.
• Provide product details to guide home selections.
• Assist with questions during installation.
• Walk through troubleshooting steps to ensure proper functionality.
