Job summary

FOX Factory in Baton Rouge, LA, is hiring an entry to mid level representative who guides customers and dealers through the FOX experience. You will learn our product lines and master order workflows, communicating via phone, email, and web chat to understand needs and provide solutions.

You will build relationships with dealers, support small OE accounts and SAE customers, and assist in processing new dealer applications while representing FOX with professionalism at events.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and email etiquette are required.
• Basic understanding of all order management processes.
• CRM proficiency and ability to deliver demos/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide product/service solutions.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, web chat, and fax.
• Use product knowledge to advise and offer alternatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
• Support Small OE customers and SAE accounts; assist dealers and reps.
• Process new dealer applications and create new accounts.
• Follow up on leads and participate in local events.
