Job summary

Domino's at 1209 W Main St, Durham, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (full-time) to greet customers, take orders, and promote pizzas and promotions. The role requires clear communication and the ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Promote Domino's products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for product prep, opening/closing procedures, operate pizza oven, and box products for delivery/carryout.
• Answer store phone lines promptly and assist carryout customers with urgency.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both in person and over the phone.
• Foster teamwork, energy, and a fun store atmosphere.
