You will handle customer inquiries, warranty-related questions, and product information while maintaining thorough records and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, within the Istore environment.

Qualifications

• Edit, analyze, interpret, and service customer inquiries, correspondence, and telephone calls.
• Generate and mail programmed consumer response letters; process warranty registrations, rebates, live chat, and web email responses.
• Follow up complaints, which may require replacements or factory servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and expedite product warranty claims and complaints following policies.
• Maintain references and files related to the process.
• Keep the company informed on warranty and marketing policies, trends in product defects and parts shortages.
• Position is logged into the ACD system to ensure a high call-answer rate (94%).
